SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Scented Chateau. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders are generally shipped every Monday in the order received. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with your order.

SHIPPING RATES

For U.S. orders:

• Orders from $0.00–$48.99: $10.99 standard shipping
• Orders of $49.00 or more: FREE standard shipping

Shipping rates and eligibility are calculated at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After processing, standard shipping is estimated at approximately 3–5 business days in transit.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or other delivery issue, please contact us so we can assist you with determining the appropriate next steps.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

If a package is returned to Scented Chateau because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, a $5 re-shipping fee plus any applicable additional shipping costs may apply before the package is resent.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, assist with available carrier claims or other reasonable next steps. Any refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available in Warren, Sterling Heights, Fraser, and Eastpointe, Michigan when offered for an order.

Pickup instructions, including the applicable location, date, and time, will be provided by email or text.

Customers who miss an arranged pickup should contact us promptly for further instructions. If shipping is required instead, additional shipping charges may apply.
